Buffalo Wild Wings Ancaster Grand Opening

Buffalo Wild Wings opened it's doors to its newest location at 1015 Golf Links Road in Ancaster. Die hard wing fanatics camped out the day before to be one of the first 100 guests who would be lucky enough to receive free wings for a year. The new location in Ancaster is the 14th Canadian location and the second location in the Hamilton area. Stoney Creek opened a location earlier this year. The new Ancaster location features over 40 HD TV's making it a sports fans ultimate game watching experience. The greatest hockey dad ever, Walter Gretzky was on hand to help with the ribbon cutting ceremony and sign autographs. The week leading up to the official opening, Buffalo Wild Wings entertained special guests and VIP's who were invited to get a sneak peak at the menu and instead of paying for their meals they made donations to "Tim's Tribute", a charity for the families of homicide victims, named after Sharlene Bosma's late husband Tim Bosma. Nearly $7,000 was raised by the restaurant and the cheque was given to the Bosma family as part of the grand opening.
