Members of the Myers family meet for their annual gathering at Van Wagner's Beach

2010 Polar Bear Swim

On January 1st, hundreds of warmly-dressed spectators came out to cheer on the 120 dedicated souls that braved the 2 degree waters and sub-zero windchill at the Polar Bear swim. The annual event, put on by the East Hamilton Optimist Club, also raised donations for local food banks.
